 Approved the renewal of expedited and general state waivers for: 

• Staff Development Minutes;
• Modified Schedule/State Assessment Testing Days;
• Teacher Portal for Texas Assessment Program Data; and
• Application for Foreign Exchange Student. 

Approved the sale of surplus real estate property. 

Approved the 2025–26 Instructional Materials Allotment and Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills Certification. 

Approved the 2025–26 Professional Learning Calendar. 

Approved budget amendments. 

Approved the bids/purchases for: 

• Nursing supplies and equipment from multiple vendors;
• Geotechnical services and construction materials testing and inspection from multiple vendors;
• Test and balance services from ATCO;
• Environmental consulting services for indoor air quality from multiple vendors;
• Asbestos consulting from multiple vendors;
• Engineering services from multiple vendors;
• Freezer/cooler for Child Nutrition from Mission Restaurant Supply; and
• Decodable readers for kindergarten through second grade from Just Right Reader. 

 Approved the purchase of: (Funds come from Bond 2022 funds) 

• Server/SAN datacenter and disaster recovery upgrades from Summus Industries, Inc. 

 Approved the contract for: (Funds come from Bond 2022 funds) 

• Asbestos abatement HVAC project from Farmer Environmental Group, LLC.; and
• Weaver and Tidwell, LLP. 

 Approved the change order with Goldsmith Construction Company for the Cheney Hills Elementary school pavilion. 

 Approved the Construction Manager at Risk Contract Amendment and Guaranteed Maximum Price with Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. for work at the аIJÊÂÛ̳ Plaza and Birdville Administrative Complex.  

 Approved participation in the interlocal agreement with Region 10 Education Services Center.
